Committee Vacancy for Germany Beck Resident
As part of the ongoing development at Germany Beck, meetings of a Liaison Advisory Committee are attended by representatives from Persimmon Homes, Fulford Parish Council, York City Council and Fulford School every 3-6 months.
The purpose of these meetings is to review operations associated with the development and the allocation of the funds from the Recreation Payment. The Recreation Payment is a sum of £1,740,000 to contribute in part to the new sports hall at Fulford School and to the improvement of existing sports and open space facilities within the vicinity of the Germany Beck development.
The Committee has provision for 2 members of the local community to join its membership to represent the interests of the local residents.
