Parish Council Clerk

Mrs Rachel Robinson is the Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer for the Parish Council. Rachel is the first point of contact for all Parish Council business and she can be contacted by email on [email protected] or by telephone on 07719 211979.

The Clerk works part-time and her contact hours are:

  • Tuesday 10 am – 2 pm;
  • Wednesday 10 am – 2 pm;
  • Thursday 10 am – 2 pm.

Outside of the above contact hours, emails and voicemails will be checked periodically (except on Fridays) but responses may be delayed and due to the number of marketing calls, missed calls from unrecognised numbers without a voicemail message may not be returned. During school holidays the Parish Clerk works irregular hours but will respond to emails and voicemails at the earliest opportunity.

The Clerk ensures that the instructions of the Council in connection with its function as a Local Authority are carried out; advises the Council on, and assists in the formation of, overall policies to be followed in respect of the Council’s activities and in particular to produce all the information required for making effective decisions and to implement constructively all decisions. The Clerk manages the Council’s resources, administration, communications, social media & website and reports to the Council as and when required. The Clerk is also the Responsible Financial Officer, responsible for all financial records of the Council and the careful administration of its finances.

Cemetery Officer

Mr Les Grant administers the day to day operations at the Cemetery and he is the first point of contact for all Fulford Cemetery business.  Les can be contacted by email on [email protected] or by telephone on 01904 633151.
