Andrew Vevers - Councillor
Andrew joined the Parish Council in May 2022.
Andrew has lived in Fulford since 2003. He was a parish councillor between 2012 and 2019 and was co-opted to the council again in May 2022.
Andrew is a member of the Parish Council General Purposes Committee, Open Spaces working group and Social Hall working group.
Andrew is interested in wildlife and ecological matters with particular interest in the wildlife of Fulford Ings and he has been a tansy beetle surveyor for 12 years. He continues to work part time as an environmental consultant specialising in the field of industrial pollution control and is interested in drainage and flooding issues. He is a member of the Ouse and Derwent Internal Drainage Board, nominated by City of York Council and is also a member of the Fulford Show Committee.
